• Where do we meet before the flight?

Meeting point is at the airport terminal. In Ilulissat you will find us in the AirZafari Lounge to the left of the main airport entrance, and in Kangerlussuaq you can meet us at our stand right next to the Tourist Information desk.

• How long before the flight should we be ready?

We appreciate if you show up 10 - 15 minutes before the flight. We will give you a short introduction and briefing about the tour, and answer any questions you might have before we fly.

• Do you offer transfer to the airport?

Yes. In Ilulissat you can select to include transfer to the airport, when you book your flight. Price is DKK 100,- from the AirZafari office and DKK 150,- from your hotel. Please include hotel details in the remarks section when you book. We will also drive you back after the flight.

In Kangerlussuaq we do not offer transfers.

• Do you have special pricing for infants?

No. All passengers should occupy their own seat with their seat belt fastened, and you pay per seat.

• How many passengers can the plane take?

• Is it cold in the plane?

No. The plane is warm and comfortable. You do not need a jacket.

• Do you land during the flight?

No. If you wish to land en route, please visit our helicopter section.

• Can you fly us to other destinations?

No. We do not offer transportation services.

• Can I make my own route?

Yes! We welcome individual route requests. Please see our personal tour section for more info.

• Do you fly in bad weather?

No. We do not go above clouds, and generally do not fly if the weather is not suitable for a good experience.

• Is my booking guaranteed?

Your booking is dependent on our minimum pax per flight limit of 4 guests, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduling can occur.

• Can I pay in foreign currencies?

Yes. We accept all currencies for cash payment, but please note that we do not have change. Credit card and online payments are charged in the local currency Danish Krone (DKK).
