PARADISE VALLEY & ICE CAP

1 hour and 15 minutes

Easy

A treat for your senses! Taking you deep into the Paradise Valley, you will discover one of the very best sceneries Greenland has to offer.
A great part of the valley is a protected nature reserve, and you will understand why when you see it. The tour starts out towards the ice cap and the Russell’s Glacier. After having explored the inland ice, we head Southeast towards the Paradise Valley, traveling over areas with very dense musk ox habitation. We will then fly into the Paradise Valley following it out to the long fjord which will also lead us back to Kangerlussuaq. Just before landing we will see the meeting of the freshwater and saltwater. A unique and beautiful wall between the two waters best spotted from above.
